Digital Products & Online Courses

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: For most digital products and online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within this period.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund for digital products or online courses, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request. All refund requests must be submitted within the 14-day period to be eligible.

Exceptions: Some products may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase. Limited-time offers, bundles, or heavily discounted products may have modified or no refund policies.

Coaching Services

Individual Coaching Sessions: If you need to cancel a scheduled individual coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Coaching Packages: For coaching packages (multiple sessions purchased together):

  • If you cancel before your first session, you are eligible for a full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
  • If you cancel after beginning the coaching package, you will receive a prorated refund for unused sessions less a 10% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date, regardless of whether all sessions have been used.

Workshops & Events

Virtual Workshops: For virtual workshops, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future workshop.

In-Person Events: For in-person events or workshops:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund less a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund available

Transfer Policy: If you cannot attend a workshop or event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscription services, you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made. No refunds are provided for the current billing period when you cancel a monthly subscription.

Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription services, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period, but you will continue to have access until your subscription expires.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to access or use a purchased product or service, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

If we cannot resolve the technical issues within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.

Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any customer who abuses our refund policy by repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same or similar products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, consuming a significant portion of content and then requesting a refund.

In cases where we suspect refund abuse, we may restrict account access and/or ban the user from making future purchases on our website.

Statutory Rights
